"From check in to check out, The Sonesta is top tier! Their rooms are beautiful and clean. The bar is gorgeous and perfect for a drink. I especially loved the $15/day credit to use either at the bar, restaurant or cafe. The staff responds to any request quickly and efficiently. The pool is divine with it's heating and the many windows and skylights let in such great sun; perfect for lounging poolside. My only complaint is the inconsistent pool hours. They are different every day and are not posted anywhere on their site. If you happen to check in on a day that the pool closes at 3pm (check in is at 4pm), then you are out of luck. Anywhere else, the pool is open daily from 6 or 7am until 9 or 10pm. We were here to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday and the pool was a key element in that. Luckily, we were accommodated by the lovely supervisor of the swim classes and her time was not cut short. Can't wait to return!"

"Junibelle was so lovely and helpful. She was quick when checking in and helping me figure out the error with my reservation. Expedia & online suggested there was a hot-tub which was a big reason why i booked and it was not working which was a bummer."

"Zero towels, and I mean, zero towels. And they gave me the furthest room in history and if u call the front desk for assistance there's no answer"

"There were 2 reservations on file upon check in (one that I had previously cancelled) It took me over an hour to check in because the front desk agent Lloy-Ann and I had to make several phone calls to Expedia and Trip-In to try to figure out which one was the cancelled one or I was going to be charged for both reservations! No one could help us at Expedia! It was a horrible check in experience. Thankfully Lloy-Ann was extremely patient and extremely helpful throughout the whole process but there is no way that it should have taken that long and the Expedia agent was rude and lied to us on the phone about calling the hotel and cancelling one of the reservations (I made the request in the lobby and he never called in the hour's time that I was there). "

"Access to our room was difficult. There was a paved path from the parking lot to exterior wooden steps up to the outside door. It took several tries to get the keycard reader to work. Once inside, there was another flight of stairs to get to our floor. When we got to our room, the card key did not work. I hiked all the way back to the lobby with the card keys and told the young woman at the desk they were'nt working. After several minutes she gave me two keys which did work. But there was NO apology or sympathy of any kind for the inconvenience. The room was fine,clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with modern fixtures. "
