"Staff was helpful, room was clean. Only complaint was the train that went through at the worst time of night and is basically touching the property. Would stay again for price and location. Might request a forward facing room. "

"The hotel is big and for a big hotel it offered a lot of things that normally those hotels charge for. Breakfast was free with a chef making omelets, internet was also free. Now the not so great things: the pool seemed clean but it was freezing and out of towels. Our room was clean but the chair had a big gash in it, the toilet paper holder was broken, the safe door wouldn’t stay closed. Breakfast was only until 9am and we went at 8. There were no plates or forks. The staff seemed nice but for the price I was disappointed. "

"Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Nice place. The "indoor, heated" pool was indoor, but the term heated was used loosely. It was stinking cold. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but there was a soccer tournament in town, so there were plenty of hungry kids around. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a couple of days."

"Breakfast had many choices; hot and cold. Beverage choice was also extensive. Room was good size. Met our need for one night while traveling. Check in was a bit different as both comfort and Quality check in same desk and breakfast area is same for both."

"Overall our stay was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean, no issues at all. Only thing I noticed was we stayed on the 5th floor and when entering the hallway there was a very strong smell of cigaret smoke. There were not smoking rooms, so my guess was a guest ignored this. I was traveling with a child and it was perfect for a quick overnight stay at an affordable rate. Staff at the front desk were great. "
