"The staff was great and the hotel is nice. the the pools are not good no one wants to swim in them not a good design layout. Super small. Coffe is waterdown but that seems to be everywhere in tulum. I would recommend to improve the complimentary breakfast. People only eat it once. Not gross but not great "

"It’s a trap. Nice resort, but some of the staff were very rude. I’d much rather have to pay for my food and drink in exchange for a pleasant server.
The steak house was the worst steak I’ve had in Mexico, tasted like soot/gas, couldn’t even eat it.
The Grotto is the only place with ok food and great service. Great for people who don’t want a Mexican experience. Zero authenticity. They try to sell you everything under the sun- friends fell for their ‘free breakfast’ at their sister resort- it was a 4 hour nightmare, pushing there Hyatt membership on them? They asked to leave 6 times, after saying no to 6 different sales staff, they begged to go back to the resort amd were finally brought back. "
"Beautiful decor in the lobby area- however:
Our room was smaller than a dorm room with a shotty Murphy bed as hard as a rock. The pool was ice cold with a view of unfinished abandon building. Breakfast and service was good.
Hotel charges a “destination fee” which adds significantly to your room stay cost and it’s just pure profit and false advertising that it’s not disclosed when you book but just added on when you check in. Not a value and would never stay again. Location is ok."
"Really no complaints. I had room G07 on floor level. It was nice. Breakfast is expensive, i just walked to chedraui. But overall for $60 on a saturday night i was not mad at all"
"There was mold smell in the room we stayed and because of that one of our child fell ill, it spoiled our holiday mood. We preferred to stay outside as long as possible and returned to the hotel only to sleep and bath. We will never book this property again for our stay in Tulum. Staff and service was good and I appreciate that."

6/10 Okay
"The hot tub isn’t really a hot tub because it doesn’t heat up or have engines. And the paint has fallen off in a lot of places in the tub but otherwise the room was nice and comfortable. But the main pool was nice and clean and the room was exactly like its photo. It felt safe and a very nice neighborhood as a solo traveller. "
"
We loved our weeklong stay here. The rainforest vibe and secluded pools and waterfalls were just the atmosphere we wanted, and the location away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood was as very appealing. We had a room with a garden and soaking tub that gave the place the feel of an expensive boutique hotel for a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included with our room was small but excellent, and we made good use of the bar's happy hour. Superb margaritas!"
"Nice shape and great value. Lots of activities arranged and distributed through whatsapp. I rented a scooter and loved getting to see tulum broadly. Convenient location. Breakfast a little meh, but still give 5 stars overall"
