"We have a great team experience at Orchid House Jungle. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The food was amazing and fresh. The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back."
"We experienced a power/water outage and did not get any helpful assistance. This ruined our plans as it was our only day in Tulum and we were unable to shower or charge our devices. We understand some things are out of the control of the property but there was no helpful solution offered and instead the entire day was ruined."

"This is our third time staying at the Kiki. We keep returning because of how consistently well kept, clean, and organized this apartment is. The communication with Oliver is outstanding. He always meets our expectation, and travelling as a family, sometimes we have a lot requests.
The pool was necessary because of the seaweed at the beaches!
