Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...

"This an extended stay of another 4 nights continuously from the first 6 nights so altogether 10 nights stays at Harmoni Suites because I’m very satisfied and happy with this hotel and I decided to stay longer. "This is an excellent location. Close to Nagoya Mall , 5 mins walk. Lots of food places, all types of cuisine. Hotel is immaculate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is really safe and secure. Watching the ships in the bay is absorbing ans from my room I can see MBS in Singapore. "

"Still using the old Evitel branded towels/toiletries/etc. Which are horribly old and stained. More than one room in our group had to request for new towels/floor mats/ pillowcases. My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels. Both to shower with and to cover the pillowcase. First time I, personally, have ever done that. Ask for an extra pillow,...
