Maria Dorantes was our concierge she arranged prior to our visit restaurant reservations, a room upgrade and transportation to the hotel from the airport. Maria was an enormous part of our wonderful experience. We will definitely return."

"We stayed for 1 weeks over Christmas and New Year’s. Overall, it was excellent. Majestic resort chains never disappoint. But, I found Mexican resorts have better service. The staffs are extremely friendly and they do go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They are all smiling and in great spirit. The place is spotless. When we arrived, the resort was much more quieter. We stayed at the Club 18+ plunged pool section. It has couple of Members Only lounges, an exclusive pool and lots of other things. The resort has 6 a la chart restaurants, 4 of them is based on 1st come 1st serve. French and Japanese need in advance reservations. We went to all restaurants and it was great. The buffet is excellent. I cannot find any flaws or problems. Everyone was friendly and professional. Nobody expects you to tip, you get the exact same service with or without tipping. Our butler Enrique was fantastic and always kept in touch. He made sure we are having a great time and taken care of. Our made Angelica made sure our rooms (we had 2 side by side rooms) are well done and she did do a fantastic job. She even came twice a day. Both fridges were filled daily and we had coffee makers and kettle in both rooms. The rooms are spacious and adequate for 2 adults. The plunge pool was amazing! We would hang out there after lunch. 24/7 room service was awesome. Jose and Raul at the steakhouse were super friendly, funny and professional. We had a great dinner there. "

"Food was great all around. Many options so never got tired of the choices. Overall great. Only some downsides: bed was not the most comfortable, resort credits were not what we thought that would be and having to get up extra early to claim chairs by the pool. "

"We had a few unexpected incidents during our stay. Due to a water leak in our room, we had to move rooms, and since there was no appropriately sized room available, we had to move again the following day. However, we consider these kinds of troubles to be part of traveling, so it didn’t bother us. Before coming, we were a bit worried because we had seen some very negative reviews, but overall our experience was not bad. One area that could be improved is the number of beach beds. There didn’t seem to be enough, and it often felt overcrowded. Although the building seems old, we could see that maintenance and improvements are being actively carried out."
