"This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return."

"Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. No soap in the soap dispenser, shower was covered in soap residue, sheets were stained, toilet roll from the previous guest was still on the holder, and the floor was filthy; genuinely looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed in 2 months. When I was about to check out a house keeper asked if wanted house keeping, and I said that I was checking out, they didn't seem to know themselves, which rooms just needed house keeping and which ones needed to be cleaned between guests."
