"I've stayed in Cancun many times and this was one of my favourite hotels. The hotel rooms were new and clean and very comfortable. We upgraded for an ocean view and it was beautiful. The food was amazing. The food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. All staff members throughout the entire resort were very friendly and happy to be there working and wanted to make sure that all guest received good service. Every day we went to the pool and sat in the same section because we truly enjoyed Pedro. He made our trip. He was always willing to go above and beyond. If I were to give one critique, it's the beach itself. I loved the beach, but it was too small and I very much enjoy having beach chairs on the beach for at least one or two days of my vacation, but I was unable to do that. That wouldn't prevent me from returning to this resort because I found it excellent."

"Cleans room and loved they changed out sheets and new towels everyday. I forgot my wallet with passport at the breakfast restaurant and the waiter was kind enough to run it to me. All the employees were very very friendly. And never felt unsafe leaving things. Staying here again. "
