"Decent property, very understaffed at front desk."

"I checked in at 3PM Friday, placed our luggage and things in the room, then went out to dinner. I got back to find my door open, a plumber with a work table in the entrance, and the plumber was in the middle of replacing a faucet. This was my honeymoon and after a romantic dinner, we walked into this. I was upgraded to a suite, but it was actually a downgrade. I had chosen my original room because it had a balcony, table, and chairs facing the beach and would had a great view of the sunset. The suite's sofas were filthy, stained, and worn out. The view was worse, it was of the roof and AC units. Breakfast was overpriced for how simple and cheap the food was. Eggs sausage and potatoes. Pay to park in their own parking lot was tacky and cheap. Will not return. "

"Breakfest waffles were absent and not available. Only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. The cable TV in the room lost connection numerous times. The Wi Fi intenet connection was terrible and not working "

"We’ve stayed at this hotel three times, and the location has always been the highlight. Being within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants makes it incredibly convenient, which is why we’ve continued to return. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was disappointing and may be our last. Our room had ants, which made it difficult to relax—especially since we found them not only around the room but also in our bags and on us. Additionally, the shower was not fully functioning, and the handheld shower head was dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which further took away from the experience. We also noticed a strong pool odor in the room. While we understand that being close to the pool can come with that drawback, the smell was much stronger than expected and lingered throughout our stay. It’s disappointing because we’ve had positive experiences here in the past, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues during this visit were hard to overlook."

"Staff were wonderful and welcoming. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and explore. Very cute property and the continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese were very thoughtful additions. I would definitely return. "
