Stayed here one night before a cruise. Rooms were clean and beds very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Only thing I didn’t like was the 15 dollar a day parking fee. ☹️.

While I will whole-heartedly rate this 5 stars all the way, I must admit to initially being a bit disappointed by the room vs. the photos you see online for this place. I do plenty of research before booking and from what I could tell, this hotel was by far the most amazing deal. I booked it, continued to look at photos asking myself if this was for real? Truth is, no... It isn't for real because most of the photos I found were of the larger units with amazing full kitchens and jacuzzi tubs....

Amazing property. So unique and beautiful. There think of everything beach chairs, food, drinks pool. For someone traveling to Galveston from out of town they had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Highly recommend

Beautiful room. Great location to pier. Loved having paid parking close to pier.

Property was clean and staff friendly

This was our first visit to this hotel in the Galveston area. We come for dickens on the strand each year. We love the proximity to the beach and some other nearby attractions. The front desk staff was often unavailable or scarce. The breakfast was wonderful. The facility is very nice. There is also posted ours on the door of the bar, but when we inquired, they said the bar was closed until a later time.

Great location , amazing rooftop bar/grill venue. Ac units had difficulty controlling the humidity and had a musty smell.

If you drive a big truck. Do not pay for the parking. You won’t fit. Lol

Stayed for a night before a cruise. Mardi Gras party made lots of noise, but we stayed in our quiet and very nice room. Disaster struck the next day after we boarded our ship. Discovered that I’d left all my medication at Hotel with 45 minutes before sail away. Peggy, front desk staffer, immediately jumped in her car and brought my meds to the ship in the nick of time. Talk about above and beyond service, this was it!! Saved my vacation, and I’ll always remember Peggy and the Galveston Hilton.

To get to the beach you just walk across the street.

Beautiful property with amazing views for a nice relaxing getaway

We only stayed for one night during the week in preparation for our cruise but we were very happy with this, and would stay again.

The folks running the front desk (especially Shelly!), plus the general help we’re cheerful, friendly, polite, just very helpful. Y’all did a good job & will return in the future. This is my hometown and was treated as if the employees there knew it! Thanks for helping my stay in Galveston a great time!

The mansion itself was beautiful but the staff was phenomenal! Rick was amazing from the moment we booked our stay. In fact he personally called me a week or so before we came to tell me my card on file with Expedia didn’t seem to go through. When I offered to give him my new one he said it wasn’t necessary and just looked forward to meeting us! I was so grateful he called and I didn’t lose my reservation. We got messages with directions and what to expect with details about complimentary...

One of the best hotels in Galveston. Just wish the breakfast was better

Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, pretty pricey. The ultimate question is, "would I stay there again?" Yes.
