They empathize with the situation and quickly found a room that met our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a motel not a hotel and that was different but not bad. The breakfast was good and offered a variety including fruit."

"We had a lovely time. The room was great and we enjoyed the pool being open 24/7 and also the free kayaks. I gave it a 4 star review because the rooms are quite noisy (you hear your neighbors a lot) and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great."
