"Breakfast is amazing with a large choice of hot and cold dishes and eggs cooked to order. It's a self serve buffet with wait staff who serve tea and coffee. Our room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable and quiet."

"Breakfast and service at buffet restaurant on second floor was terrible. This hotel is so cheap, adding 2% to any charges on either Visa or Mastercard. And charging extra resort fee is a rip off as this resort has little to offer other than a swimming pool and a casino that is there to make a profit on gambling. Charging a resort fee to clients who are likely to lose money is over kill."

"Our stay was excellent, very comfy bed, very clean room. The only minor complaint I have is the parking, which shouldn’t have been a surprise seeing where the hotel is located downtown Vancouver, but we really struggled to fit our small Colorado short box in their secure parking lot. The lower level height clearance is only 5’6” and the upper parking lot was very tight, no space to manoeuvre. Staff was really helpful with figuring out a solution so that we could park our truck. My suggestion if you’re bringing a truck, bring your patience for the 25 point parking job you’ll have to do lol. Would stay again!"
