Shops and restaurants are right outside the door, plus the hotel roof top was equally lovely. From the very moment we arrived, the concierge staff Esther as well all the staff was friendly, polite, helpful and thoughtful even leaving us a check out note which was a special touch. "This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid. "

"This apartment exceeded all our expectations. We had a 2-bed apartment with a terrace on the 9th floor with the most amazing views over Gran Via. Well equipped, lots of space, 2 lifts and stairs depending on your preference. The rooftop bar is a must visit. The staff were so helpful and we are able to leave our luggage on arrival day before check-in which was great. The location is perfect. Would definitely recommend! "

Rooms were amazingly clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. "Very good selection for breakfast. I actually wasn’t expecting the larger size bed but I was a pleasant surprise. Bathroom was very comfortable with a heater inside. Location is very close to all the central tourist locations so walking is easy. "
