"Friendly staff. Love the easy morning breakfast options, all day donuts for the kiddos, and included happy hour. Nice washer/dryer one combo machine. Rooms were clean, nice, and included amenities. Right outside of Shinjuku main area so quiet but easy to walk to plenty of food and shopping. Highly recommend. "

"Amazing hotel experience from the moment you walk into the lobby, until you get your hotel room itself. This hotel offers many amenities at no additional charge, which really provide a ton of value. The lobby and rooms are very clean and the glamping theme really shines thru in all accessible areas. The deluxe room I stayed in was very comfortable. The room size was comparable to a junior suite in the US. The bathroom was amazing as well! I 10/10 would book Bali An again, if I decide to stay in...

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"
