"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"One of the top 3 hotels in Tokyo or in Japan in my opinion. Friendly and attentive staff as soon as I arrived, room was clean and comfortable. I also like the equipments in the gym with barbells and rack. I can do a quick workout and chill in the sauna or the pool after. Food in the restaurant was excellent, I had the complementary breakfast, both quality and quantity were so good that I didn’t even need to each lunch afterwards. Highly recommended if you have a chance to book a visit to there."

All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care. "The hotel location is excellent right outside Shimbashi station. You can go directly to Haneda airport on a subway line. It is also very close to all the Ginza shopping— a 10 minute walk. The breakfast is wonderful and their Premier lounge is very nice if you stay on those floors."

Higashi-Ginza Station is just a 5-minute walk and provides direct access to both Haneda and Narita Airports via the Keikyu/Asakusa lines. Ginza Metro Station is also a 5-minute walk away, and Yurakucho JR Station is about a 13-minute walk. Super convenient. We would definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Tokyo next time.
