"Great location. Right in the heart of Ginza. Lots of luxury shopping near by & access to Ginza subway line station. 15 walk to Tokyo Central Train station. Rooms are very clean and spacious , comfortable bed & great rain shower. Opted one day for the all you can eat breakfast which had assortment of fresh baked goods, fruit, salad bar, freshly squeezed OJ, granola, greek yogurt & variety of cheeses. Can also order à la cart. Overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend. "

"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Clean hotel, less busy location than other neighborhoods but central to all subway stations and a very short walk to the fish market. Hotel has access to an onsen (with sauna and cold plunge), free ice cream snd ramen in the evenings. 7-11 and family mart across the street. Great stay!"

"The hotel was in a great location attached to Tokyo Station eliminating another train after returning on the Shinkansen. Be warned the lobby /reception is on the 27th floor so google maps will say ‘you’ve arrived’ but you need to go inside the building and go to level 27 to check in… lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean amenities and lots of places in and around Tokyo station to eat, drink and shop. I probably wish this was our first Tokyo stop and not last. Would stay again. Walking distance to...

Great property and amenities, including mobile QR services making things a lot easier. Room size was actually very decent given that its central Tokyo, you would usually get a LOT smaller rooms, so this was a very welcome sight. "This place is like no other I've ever stayed. It provided a relaxing escape after a long day of walking. Every floor had a tea room. When i was jet lagged and up ar 2 am,, I was thankful for a quiet place to have tea and a snack. 11/10."
