"アットホームで清潔で、パパさん、ママさんのお人柄があたたかくて、看板猫ちゃんたちもとても可愛くて癒されました❤️ 朝ごはんも大満足です♪"

"Everything was amazing. Specially the staff are very kind and helpful, they make you feel special. The rooms are very comfortable and ample. We were three people and it’s the most spacious room we had in our trio to Japan. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks luck you staff. "

"Was absolutely the most amazing way to close out my 3-week trip in Japan. The rooms were beautiful, the hotel serene, and the service was outstanding. Make sure to book your room to include their delicious and exquisite breakfast. Beyond this, I was double upgraded to a room with a Bamboo Garden view."

"Friendly and kind staff. Many cute doggies! Very happy here."

"Big, western-style rooms. Nice bar & breakfast. Very close to subway, with direct trains to bamboo forest & downtown Kyoto"

"Great place to stay. The staff is amazing and super attentive and willing to help. Nice little secluded hotel with zen like vibes. Enjoy your peace, quiet and tranquility. "

"The accommodations were wonderful. And in a lively neighborhood with a covered commercial street, where we found amazing things and good food. This is the easiest place to be in Kyoto if you want to get around. Nijo Castle, the imperial compound, is just to the north, and the Golden Pavilion is a short bus ride away. "

"This place was really a quaint apartment. Has everything to cook for yourself plus a washing machine for clothes. Close to train and subway stations. Also a food co-op with the cheapest prices in Japan"

"Great staff and great place. Very welcoming and not far from train station."

"Staff was wonderful, great room and breakfast. Location is awesome, right next to Nijo station trains and subway. Discovered the buses were great also. Note you can use your Suica for all the public transport."

"Excellent location with friendly staff. Bus stop conveniently located outside hotel to take you to and from Kyoto station. This property is about fifteen minutes from main Kyoto station. "

"Everything was perfect and as expected! Please keep in mind that the rooms are small, but that is expected in the city. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and conveniently located near 7/11, and the Tambaguchi Station. They have a public onsen, but I didn’t get the chance to use it since I have tattoos (I want to respect and be courteous of policies). We had booked other Ryokan and Hotel accommodations to visit other areas, so S-Peria was our main hotel to hold the majority of our belongings, and to...

"Lovely place to stay, a little out of the way of central Kyoto but still would recommend a stay. Washing machine in the room was super helpful, there's even a machine to get washing liquid capsules in the lobby. Walking distance to a launderette if needed for drying clothes. We got the address wrong on our luggage we had forwarded and the Rest Inn was able to call up and get it sorted for us. It was delivered within a few hours."

"We felt absolutely spoiled here. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Easy to find cabs and the bus was just outside giving easy access. Good restaurants within walking distance though not in the thick of things. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel is mostly self service but the rooms are very spacious (for Japan standard) and is very well connected to JR (7 min walk) and one stop from kioto station. And also has a train station. Local options for breakfast around "
