"perfect hotel for business trips with very good value for money."

"Clean room Friendly Staff Great amenities Great location "

"Really loved this room — it’s quite spacious by Japanese standards, especially considering the average hotel room size in Japan is usually around 11–13 square metres. The location is also super convenient if you’re travelling by Shinkansen or heading to events at Yokohama Arena."

"Amazing variety of breakfast items, great comfort of the in house onsen, and very nearby to the Shin- Yokohama station. "

"This is not your regular hotel. It’s intended for short use with a partner. Rooms can be rented by the hour, that should tell it all. Just skip this one. "

"Close to the Shinyokohama station and there are many place to eat. Convenient stores are so close. Breakfast was really good variety of food. Room was very small, it was hard to open luggages and not many space to store clothes if you are staying for long time. But overall we enjoyed staying there."

"ideal location, within 5 min walk to Shin Yokohama Station, friendly staffs, comfort environment"

"Worked for me, park nearby for runners, or walkers, clean comfy rooms Konbini and food all walkable, very close to Shin- Yokohama station Book it, highly recommended "

"朝食が良い。ロケーションも新横浜が目的地なら、問題の無い立地。"

"It is suitable for short trip travellers without big suitcases. As mentioned in others comments, there is only stairs for us to reach the reception. Other things are good and no big problem during the stay. "

"部屋が豪華でした。シャワーも最高。"

"Great staff! Good breakfast. There’s a Mega Don Quijote in walking distance as well as a lot of places to eat at. "

"the location was perfect, we booked for two nights and had wished that we had one more day, until next time, if you are looking for a great place to stay while you do Kamakura, noodle/ramen museum this is the place. There is less tourist and more locals so the food around the hotel was just excellent. It is busy at Yokohama station, it's not a slow city, there's lots to do."

"Superb place to stay by the bay in Yokohama! Good value too, especially when compared to what you’ll pay in Tokyo. Yet, not only is this an excellent full service hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms, but there is so much to see and do right here in Yokohama itself. However, when the pull of Tokyo becomes irresistible, it is a very easy train ride away. Outstanding!"

"Place was clean, onsen great, laundry facilities were free except dryer and that was only 100 yen. The only bad thing I could say is that it is a little far from the JR train station but you can make it in about 12 minutes. We stay at this Dormy inn a lot."

"Lovely stay. Cute hotel with beer and sake tasting. The staff are wonderful and English speaking. It’s roughly a 10 minute walk from train station on flat surfaces."

"We were very happy with this hotel. Very nice and clean room, walking distance from Yokohama train station and a pleasant and helpful staff. "

"Very good for family travel"
