"This is a new hotel. Everything in the hotel was nice and well appointed. The staff on the other hand was not well managed and very much lacking in the service department. Some tried hard but didn’t seem to have any answers or couldn’t help. The wait staff was average at best. The hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would consider this a 5 star hotel."

"The pristine condition of this hotel was simply stunning. However, the standout feature was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and even went so far as to pose for selfies with me. Inside my room, all the amenities are of premium quality including soap, body lotion and also coffee machine, safety box, cool bar, ironing board set and the branded TOTO automated toilet bowl. There's also a dedicated flat sink for purified drinkable tap water. And to top it off, a new gym is on...

"The room was clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen, fridge and washer and dryer. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower from our balcony. The gym was a great addition to get more workout done. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. It was an amazing experience. "Wonderful hotel with a very convenient location! The train station was close by, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and visit different attractions. The area also had many restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. "I had a great stay for 3 days. The staff was polite and helpful. I discovered they also have a gym, which wasn't listed on the website, so that was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and had great views over the skyline. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Harajuku and Shibuya."
