"We loved everything about this hotel. Though the room was small it provided everything we needed and the space was well organised. The staff were particularly helpful and went to great lengths to locate an item that was lost. The layout of the hotel with nooks and crannies for chatting, resting or refreshments is charming. Breakfast wonderful. The location is excellent for sightseeing some major attractions."

"Good breakfast selection, central location. One thing that needs improvement is attention to detail. I booked a room with double occupancy, but my friend arrived on the second morning of the stay. When I went to have breakfast the first morning, I told the front desk that it would just be me who was going to have breakfast. They still charged me breakfast for two persons at the end of the stay, and I had to email them to correct this."

"Stayed here with a group of five and we had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to the airport and just a short walk from the train with easy access to the city centre. The beach is also nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great stay and we would happily stay here again."

"The place to stay! Right on the water, our room was beautiful and modern with a balcony overlooking the water. Wonderful walks along the water were a great start to the day as we made our way to popular tourist locations. The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices, plentiful seating, and ohhh that view. This hotel is very quiet, we slept with the door to outside open every night. Location is a 5-7 min walk from a M4 metro station, and across from an Ikea and a shopping mall. We visited the food hall for inexpensive eats after a long day of sightseeing. This foodhall is not your typical food court, much better selections. Location great, comfy bed, amenities great, staff wonderful, would stay again!!!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade, staying in a room on the 6th floor. The hotel has a convenient central location, making it easy to explore Copenhagen on foot and reach many of the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was compact and efficiently arranged, which is typical of a city hotel. It provided the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a clean space, a comfortable bed, and a practical bathroom. The room worked well as a base for sightseeing, although guests who prefer a lot of space may find it somewhat small. The hotel’s modern design, straightforward check-in process, and central location were strong advantages. I also appreciated having a simple, practical place to return to after spending the day exploring Copenhagen. Overall, I would recommend Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness, and convenience over a large room or extensive hotel amenities. The room was a good fit for a city break, and I would consider staying here again."
