"The receptionist was lovely, polite. We checked in ok. The room numbering had us confused. Our party had 2 rooms, both very spacious, but both very cold. The towel rail in one room didn't work. The central heating radiator in both bedrooms didn't work but there was an electric heating panel that eventually warmed up the large bedroom. The hotel generally appears dated. Dirty stains around the door handles and door plates. The dining room on the Sunday night was cold, but much warmer at breakfast on Monday morning.
