"Everyone was very nice and helpful. Area was always clean. We really loved how everything was accessible. Everything was walking distance, from our room, to the beach and to the restaurants what more can you ask. Although our room was located near the construction site, we didn't care for the noise because we were outside most of the time. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel. "
" The resort / hotel was well kept and the staff was great & the boat to the private island was convenient (go early to secure a shaded hut / chairs).
If I had to leave a few critiques or suggestions on improvements, I would say the pool area where we stayed was a bit small and the check in process / customer service was a bit slow. Also, if you wished to use the gym you had to go to their other resort across the road.
Shops are very close and some very good restaurants were within walking distance (felt very safe). "
"The dinner plans are nice but they only let you dine so many times. Example….we were here for 10 days and they only let us do reservations five times. The buffets are ok but not the best options. Room amenities is a joke. They never filled our room fridge and when I called to ask for soda they never delivered it. They wouldn’t restock my coffee an at one point left me with a coffee maker without the pot! I love Aruba but will never do the Barcelo again. "
"We could see the ocean from our room. So beautiful! The cleaning staff was wonderful, cleaning our room and providing us with clean towels every day. Every staff member in every restaurant and bar were very friendly, we would get greeted as if we had known them for years. We’ve been here twice and hopefully we can come back again. The best!"
