When the beach is calling your name, you might want to head down to Eagle Beach— one of the most popular seaside spots located 1.4 mi (2.3 km) from central Oranjestad-West. Catch the sunset by the shore at Manchebo Beach and Divi Beach, located nearby.
Don't visit Oranjestad-West without stopping off at Renaissance Mall Aruba, a top spot for shopaholics. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is great for couples and has lots of nice beaches. Splash some more cash at Royal Plaza Mall, Cosecha Aruban Craft Design & Heritage, and Main Street.
If being by the water is a major draw, Baby Beach is one of the most popular seaside spots located 0.9 mi (1.4 km) from central Sero Colorado. Catch the sunset by the shore at Rodgers Beach, just a short walk away.
After visiting Aruba Town Hall, make a plan to see the other sights and activities in Oranjestad-West. Stroll along the beautiful beaches or discover the beautiful sunsets in this romantic area.
Explore the great outdoors at Renaissance Island and enjoy the beautiful sunsets during your trip to Oranjestad. Amble around this romantic area's beautiful beaches, or seek out the snorkeling spots.
If a restful vacation is part of your travel plans, Palm Beach might be the perfect place to seek out during your trip to Noord. Stroll along the seaside in this relaxing area, or check out its top-notch restaurants.
"Likes: Clean property with comfortable rooms. Staff was all exceptionally courteous. Breakfast was excellent. Evening reception was nice with two free drinks.
Dislikes: Pool view room was only pool view from balcony. Poolside restaurant was poor quality and overpriced."
"The resort is exactly what you would expect - beautiful grounds, great pool and beach and all the amenities you could need. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Aruban hospitality is a real and beautiful thing. Two things worth mentioning: we slept terribly for a week straight, The glass doors have zero soundproofing and their al fresco bar plays pulsating bass until 1am every night of the week. You hear every sound, even as high up as the 7th floor. For a luxury $$$$ hotel, that is unacceptable. If you need quiet to sleep, this hotel is not it. (Side note - beds are uncomfortable and pillows are flat). My other comment is less so within the hotel’s control - the beach in front of the Hyatt is the most overpopulated with tourist attraction boats. That means easy access to tubing and all the Watersports you could want BUT it also means the sand is dead in the water - bog-like and disgusting if you go more than 25 feet off-shore. Sucks your foot in like quicksand and releases a sulfuric smell with each step. Overall, prettiest grounds of the Aruban high-rise hotels, but after a week of no sleep I need a vacation from our vacation. "
Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive
4/10 Poor
"Riu properties are corporate ran with zero concern for guest and will take advantage of any situation to squeeze more money from there guests. I would recommend never staying here , there are many resorts around that are much better"
"Great Resort, the food at Windows. Mulligans and Tapas is amazing!, the staff is super friendly, always happy to help, tjey even let us stay for couple more hrs after check out to eat and drink. Strongly recomended."
"This was a great location. Our room was super close to the beach, but not on it however, it was much nicer to be here than in the main hotel zone much calmer, much more relaxing."
