Rooms and most if the hotel needs major updates...but really the rooms had broken outlets (like pushed into the wall broken), ...could be cleaner (especially back of bathrooom door). But service was amazing throughout the trip. Chair situation..i heard a lot about..but we never got up at 6 for a pool chair..instead went to the beach in am..found a shaded spot and the peeps bring you loungers. Pool in the afternoon had available loungers. "
