"Very nice place in the heart of Bucharest, close to everything. Staff very helpful. Bathroom has to be improved as well as the air conditioning. Every request we made was addressed and solved very quickly. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably book again when I will be back in the fall. The restaurant of the hotel was much above the expectations. I would greatly recommend."
"Marius was such an amazing member of staff and a real credit to the Hilton chain. He went over and above in supporting our needs at the hotel. He gave a lovely welcome to us as weary travellers, offered the information we required and even offered a wake up call for our early morning flight. He really is the best member of staff I have ever come across whilst staying at the Hilton hotels. His colleague Drago was also very supportive too. Our room was very clean and was very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't comment on that. The hotel was so convenient for the airport, particularly if you need to be there early. My main comments though are regarding the customer service which actually went beyond expectation. Thank you."
