"The staff at Circus Circus was very helpful whenever we had a question. Fairly easy check-in perfect if you’re there for business, probably not the best place to stay. If you have any clients meeting you essentially is a very low end place for families and children that gives you good value for your money. The sky rooms and the high-rise building has just been remodeled. New carpet new beds new everything really good value, depending on the time of year, but usually about 1/3 the price of any of the other hotels nearby of course that are in a little higher class. But lots for the kids to do fair pricing and easy in and out with the parking in the garage. The waterpark for the kids is huge with a large waterslide that I think most will love a nice pool area for the adults to hang out and inside all kinds of games and things for the kids to do."
"Front desk staff was super nice. The room was very clean and well kept - things are new looking and not worn. Bathroom is massive, and very clean. Make up remover wipes and a kettle for hot water would be nice. "
"The check in process was AWFUL!! None of the kiosk' actually worked. It said it worked but didn't actually for easy quick check in. Very frustrating after a full day of traveling. Our strip view was non existent. Looked at the roof and back of the sign. Room was very basic. The grounds were beautiful, but that's about all. The staff was not friendly or helpful."
