"Great value for money. Especially for families with little kids. The big water park is alot of fun - the kids couldn’t get enough of it. However, little blemish is that the A/c was leaking and the internet was spotty. Helpful friendly staff the 3 BR apartment was sizable for a family of 5. Car rental upstairs reception was very convenient. Again good value."
"My stay in curacao was made all the better at the Elements Hotel. The room wasn't spacious but comfortable enough.
Pros:
CLEAN with modern finish, fridge, safe and comfortable, Ooo the BED, nice. The staff was bilingual, all so helpful.
Cons:
Construction in stores downstairs, only 220V supply (which i was caution ⚠️ 😅), no iron, pay for parking.

"The property was beautiful. The rooms (blues wing) were spotless. The property did listen to a request I made, I appreciated that. Location was very helpful as you can walk to many restaurants. The property, was relaxing and 2 beaches pretty quiet. Snorkeling was pretty good. No problem getting a beach chair most times. Cons; the hotel hosts weddings, birthday parties, etc and will shut down amenities/sections of the resort with minimal (less than 24 hrs) notice.At their prices I thought that was a problem. The restaurants on the property served good food. Prices were high in my opinion. Service was hit or miss. The gym was very nice and modern. The hot tub was a miss. Not in great shape, closed before advertised time on 2 occasions and in awkward spot that required a staff member to unlock access. Staff was hit or miss. Emily at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. Very nice way to get checked in . Matilda who was the cleaning staff on our floor was definitely a highlight for us. She was exceptional, friendly and keeps that place spotless. And Luz at the blues was also friendly and welcoming."

"Only 2 issues. No entertainment or good music on the Rif side, way too quiet. The Rif side is not adults only, children everywhere. Also, no water in the refrigerator, they give you a water bottle which you have to continuously refill from the fountain."
