"The exterior looks a little worn but the interior is exceptional. The staff are wonderful and on site dining was delicious and reasonably priced. As an aviation enthusiast, I booked the room with runway views and was not disappointed. With that said, I could not hear the planes at all in my room which was truly impressive. My only critique was the shuttle. It’s the Hotel Hoppa with routes to terminals 2, 3, and 5. I arrived at the lobby to return to Heathrow 10 minutes before the next pick-up, but the bus never came. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a bus to come. Thankfully, I had the time. It was £12 for a return ticket, which is only slightly cheaper than taxi options so I’ll be splurging the extra few pounds in the future. "

"Th hotel is perfect if you are flying with BA as it's connected to terminal 5. They also have some great deals for upgraded rooms and dinner with wine in the restaurant that you choose."

"Staff was friendly and helpful on how to get around using public transportation. Breakfast was amazing definitely book ahead of time for the cheaper price. They had a a microwave in the common area and no refrigerators in the rooms. My only two con are they didn’t have wash cloths and the wifi wouldn’t work well on the main floor lobby/dinning area. "
