"In the heart of restaurants and shopping. They were upgrading the WiFi service when we were there, but very little disturbance to the guests. We left a day early, due to the impending weather. Did not ask for a refund. Hope they will do something?"

The worst problem with the room(deluxe king) were the spiders in the room but they didn’t bother us. Although king room description states sleeps3, had only one king bed ( no rollaway.) Wifi never worked- but they refunded us for that. Front desk gave me the wrong description for the buffet breakfast- she said “continental breakfast”- its much more than that, so being given wrong information was annoying.
These issues were cleared up with management- therefore…
