"Fantastic hotel! Rooms are very clean and very alpine chic without being kitschy. Great location to ski lifts and hike to gornegrat. A little further location from town, which it’s easy to walk there or take the local shuttle. Hotel has a shuttle for transporting you and your luggage from the train, which is super helpful. Breakfast is wonderful! Loved Zermatt. All in all a truly wonderful stay!"

"This hotel has attentive,courteous helpful staff. The location is wonderful, away from the crowded main street yet close enough to access both the cable car up the mountain and the train to Gornergrat vista points. They have a lovely garden that guests can relax in and a view of the Matterhorn from mdnh rooms.
