Great Mexican two doors right. 2nd floor coffee house/bar has Jazz weekend nights & is a cozy continental breakfast hang in the morning. 27th floor has a great view, drinks, happy hour & bar food. Five great stage theaters within three blocks and as many pizza joints. Flower shop on the corner."

My room was smallish, but comfortable layout in Nordic minimalist style. Bar, restaurant, staff all first-rate. And how about this — I left a sport coat on checkout and secured its return quickly and easily. "

"My daughter and I travelled to NYC for the weekend for 2 Broadway shows. We stayed at the HGI South and highly recommend! Our flight arrived early and the front desk staff was happy to assist. All staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We felt safe walking to and from the theaters and there are plenty of food options. (including the convenient self serve in the lobby!). We will absolutely stay here again! "
