"Love the online pre-check in. Was able to ask some questions before my arrival. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Decent breakfast with hot options. Showers have medium pressure so if you have thick, long hair, it may take a few extra minutes to wash your hair. Street-side rooms are provided earplugs. I brought my own, but were definitely needed on some nights. Convenient location. Would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a premium room, which has a view of the Trade center memorial. Its quite touching and something that should never be forgotten by any New Yorker or any American. The room was very comfortable and stylish. Check in is done on a laptop. You make your own keys , which was actually quite pleasant "

"Beautiful boutique hotel in the lower east side NYC. Our friends were staying in Chinatown and their hotel was an 8 minute walk from the Allen Hotel. It was peaceful, quiet, clean, roomy for a NY hotel with a balcony. Would definitely come back here. "
