"People were nice. An outdoor basketball hoop was on the premises which was helpful for my son who was there for a nearby basketball tournament. Breakfast was good. Snacks, drinks, and medicine were available for purchase. We wanted to use the fold out bed under the couch, but when we opened it up, it was covered with debris which had slipped btw the cushions. Carpet was very worn with areas of heavy wear/discoloration and undulation from being stretched out. "

"This is a superb place to stay if you are going anywhere in downtown Cleveland. Parking is across the street and there is an underground tunnel that connects. We had a corner room and had tremendous views of the lake and the city with windows on both sides. It felt like a penthouse. Worth it!"

"By the airport. Easy walk over to the train from the airport to downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice morning complimentary breakfast. Princess complaint is the shower had mold in the corners of it and the pressure is weak. Other than that a very good option to save some money and still have a nice stay. "
