So many great restaurant and coffee house options within a 3 block radius. Low street noise given the location on Broadway where it has been turned into a pedestrian and outdoor seating area. My new favorite location for NYC trips"

"A perfect location with good size rooms. The gym is small but has everything one may need. You are right in Soho with China town and Little Italy around the corner and close to TriBeCa and Financial District."
