"Amazing place to hangout, we used the spaces/amenities a ton. Rooftop is awesome, staff was so nice and overall common spaces are awesome. One thing that was annoying was that you couldn’t work past 6pm on your laptop in the common spaces. I understand why, just something to note if you are on a work trip. I had a loft king room and it was facing a busy street, view was nice but it got pretty loud at night (8th floor). Especially on the weekends. Get a room not facing the street if you can!"

"Fantastic hotel in a great area of NYC. Rooms are very nice, quiet, comfortable bed, and large for NYC. Staff very friendly. So many great restaurant and coffee house options within a 3 block radius. Low street noise given the location on Broadway where it has been turned into a pedestrian and outdoor seating area. My new favorite location for NYC trips"

Very lively hotel with great ambience and will definetly stay again! Had the pleasure of also trying out Paul's Cocktail Lounge which is right next door and had fab time there - a MUST!"

"A perfect location with good size rooms. The gym is small but has everything one may need. You are right in Soho with China town and Little Italy around the corner and close to TriBeCa and Financial District."

"Great area, love the access to the metro from either 2nd Ave and Houston or Astor Place. I’ve stayed here twice for extended trips and the rooms I’ve had are small but fine for me. Close to good pubs and restaurants like Coopers, McSorleys, and other pizza and coffee shops. The staff was super friendly and I love the access to Crunch Gym across the street. "
