The hotel location is perfect for exhibitions at the Tokyo Big Sight centre and only 20 minutes by taxi from Haneda Airport. 2 subway lines are next to the hotel for easy transport links. The only downside was the queuing for breakfast- facilities insufficient for the number of guests."

"The hotel is a good quiet area for family-oriented travelers. Staff is very accommodating to requests, even with a language barrier. Room is spotless, and well-kept, though room services request must be made each day to get trash picked up. Would recommend, and we look forward to staying here on our next visit to Tokyo."

"Take the airport limousine to shinadome station, then take a go taxi to the hotel (make sure address is in Japanese). Check in was easy. They also have English speaking staff. Just a reminder that the check in is on floor 7. The buffet stays open pretty late. Room was nice and clean. Has all the amenities you may need. staff was very attentive. I did have one issue with the bath house putting shampoo in the conditioner bottle other than that it was a relaxing stay. They have a woman only floor...

"Nice sized rooms, shower had good pressure. Fun amenities in lobby. Fast elevators. Lawsons attached and 7-11 just across the street Easy access to Rinkai and Yurikamome. Would stay at this chain again"

"Laundry was convenient but clothes didn’t dry even after adding 30 minutes to dry. The room was clean. AC was nice and quiet. Location close to Ariake Garden and bus stop was great. "

This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too."

Loved our stay at La Vista — perfect location, clean rooms, and the upside: the onsen and the breakfast! Free flow Ikura — nothing beats that!!! "
