"This was such a cool spot. It is in such a convenient area with a konbini and lots of restaurants all near by. The house overlooks a school yard which is honestly kinda cool to see what japanese culture is for school kids. Its also a great view of the sunset. The homeowners were very communicative with all of our questions and very helpful. Cant recommend this property enough!"

Bar and food options. The rooms were clean and spacious compared to other places I have stayed in Japan. The location was perfect. Easy walk to temples, the Gion district, and to the vibrant Pontocho area. 0.8-1.4 mile walks. The hotel is also on a main road so grabbing Uber or taxis was easy. ...
