"We had a 3 night stay and were very comfortable; clean and quiet with great and welcoming staff. Location is perfect for your visits to Sojo and a quick dash to Manhattan and downtown Harlem. Our stay felt like we were home with all amenities at our beckoning call. Had a little mishap with the Valet driver allowing my girls to drive off with the car keys still in his hand but the hotel manager was extremely compassionate about the goof-up and supported us with a solution to recover the Lyft costs associated with the delivery of our keys to their 40 minute away car location. Outside of this mishap, our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to our next stay!!🌹"
