"Overall this is a pleasant enough hotel. The staff were nice and the breakfast was hot. There were just a couple quirks. When we arrived there was a phone number posted at the desk, not a bell or person. There was a coffee shortage at breakfast most days. I had to make it in my room one day because the attendant was outside. The room had gum on the floor and rusty objects in the bathroom. I had an accessible bathroom but the shower head was super heavy and the hose really short. If I couldn’t stand I wouldn’t have been able to use it. So it was accessible for people who didn’t have issues. The pool looked nice. "

"Beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in rooms. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a great location for shopping and eating. We actually had delivery to hotel one night without any issues. "

"Room was disgusting. Bathroom floor tiles loose. Cops called on room next to mine for loud disturbance. Had to change room on check in because of no refrigerator. "

"Staff is very friendly. Bedroom carpets are really sticky but other than than it’s pretty clean. Close to a lot of shops, the lake, and tons of restaurants."
