"Excellent location especially if you like being near the trail and downtown. The river near the balcony was amazing and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We always enjoy staying here. Parking can be a little tight at times and there are cheaper places to stay, but this is well worth the money. We love it."

"Very nice home in a great location. It was clean, and quiet. Home sits within 5 mins of the strip. Great communication with the host. We especially enjoyed the extra large hottub, and a balcony on each level. We will definitely be back again."

"We were in Gatlinburg for the Gaither Fest. The hotel was conveniently close to the convention center, within walking distance. The breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious. We were next door to the breakfast room, but the room was sound proof enough that no noise bothered us then or during the night. My only complaints were the small, thin tissues and the high, short-sheeted bed! The bed was comfortable, though, and I brought my own Kleenex."

"Parking was easy and we could walk to the Smokies from the hotel and found a nice path that went a long way up and even to Rainbow Falls (but that is a long hike!). Easy walk to the main street as well and there was a nice short cut to drive to other parts of town avoiding the stop and go of the main drag."

"Got a last minute bargain deal on a Mon in early June. Room 216 was awesome. Private balcony on the end. Decor was GSMNP cute. Right downtown Gatlinburg main drag convenient. ( As well as driving to the park) I just got coffee and a piece of sausage for breakfast. Some r' neck lady chainsmoking outside of her open door. ( Breeze blowing) ."
