"Everything worked extremely well!! I was in constant communication with RivetStays due to my arrival time changing because of traffic. Once I arrived check in was super fast! The room was great (46th floor) and very clean! Checkout was also great and super easy. Thanks again and I’ll look to you as an option for Downtown Toronto stays again!!"

"It was not a hotel. Please don’t call it hotel. I was asking about dining and parking, which would be irrelevant questions here. I wasn’t given instructions until I landed at a wrong address and had to make a phone call. After submitting required info I still didn’t get instructions until I made a phone call. Then over the phone I was asked to follow instructions and figure out how to get a key from an electronic locker in a different building than where the suite was. A lot of learning the hard...

"Love the Union Hotel. Close to everything, staff is always fantastic even when it's busy. Was there for the Jays home opener and even with a line at check in time staff was quick to check us in. Our room was fanatastic and spacious. This is my go to hotel when i"m in Toronto. Another fantastic stay! "

"My first visit to Toronto and I really enjoyed my stay at Revery. The hotel was modern and the room was clean, spacious and had some great features such as a large TV, a nice shower, and a one-touch button to notify staff if I wanted the room to be refreshed. The hotel was in a great location, walkable to CN Tower, the financial district, Old Town, various restaurants and bars etc. as well as Union train station. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people visiting Toronto. "

"The room is very basic, which is fine, but just not worth the expense. The renovations are very amateur hour, if not hilarious. The toilet seat on the toilet doesn't even fit, so it's not attached. That detail alone tells you how serious of an operation this is. Please note that there is no staff on site whatsoever, so you need to be able to check in remotely and may not get in-person service if you need it. "

"It was a marvelous experience not only in terms of place of stay but most importantly the courteous and guiding attitude of the staff we were dealing just virtually.
