"Upon arrival the room that I had booked was no longer available, therefore they upgraded us. We got a suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was extremely convenient for my family of 5. The room Overall was clean with the exception of the single bed that had some trash on it, and the bathtub in the same room had some soul residue. The couch in the living room did have a why on it. I booked this hotel because it included a gym and laundry. It happened to be in the same room, the gym equipment was minimal and the laundry room was flooded and unusable. Breakfast was nice to have. And its location is very convenient too. Close to a Costco and a lot of shopping centers. "

"False advertising, stating online when I made the reservation that hot breakfast is served but that was false! Only coffee was available. No grab bars in the shower, no holders to hang towels, no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. No staff at the registration desk when we checked out. Had to call out for someone to come out. Hallway to our room looked like it has not been swept, stuff on the floor were there when we checked in, still there 2 days later when we checked out. However, we’re thankful that we were given accommodation. Thank you "

"Wonderful room with a king bed, full kitchen, and bathroom. The beach view was so peaceful and not obstructed. Staff is very friendly, the restaurant food is delicious, room service was prompt. "

"We had a good experience. However, there seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and room service. It took multiple follow-ups over a couple of days to get a crib delivered, and in several other instances we had to contact staff multiple times to get things taken care of. Also worth mentioning parking is $28 per day and the property is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or for any damage or theft. "
