"The hotel was beautiful and the staff was welcoming upon arrival. We were able to check in early which was great. This hotel has a lounge area that we took advantage of in the evening and the bartender, Lily was very friendly and efficient. Overall l highly recommend this hotel for friendly service, very clean rooms and comfy beds. Lovely place to stay in Pigeon Forge!!"

"Room and entire property was clean. Check in was great. Felt comfortable with the parking. Easy walking to downtown. The best part of the hotel was the spectacular roof top bar which had absolutely spectacular views and was an amazing place to spend the evening!"

"Very old and dirty."

"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."

"Great location. Plenty to do within walking distance. central location to Gatlinburg and Severville. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a riverfront room with a balcony. Great for coffee in the morning and to unwind in the evening. Only thing I missed was a place for breakfast at the resort. There is a Starbucks on property if that works for you. I have dietary remand they had nothing I could eat. Overall I loved the resort and would definitely stsy again"

"Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "

"Just about the whole park was closed and the outdoor parks were only open on the weekend. It’s a waste of money to go while they are under renovation "
