Hotels in New City

"My room was clean and the staff friendly. I noticed that the property needed some TLC and could use some repairs. For example one of the entrance/exit to the property had big potholes and some of the outside cement in need of repair. The interior looked clean for the most part but the carpet looked like it hadn’t been updated in a while. The price was reasonable so it was easy to dismiss these cosmetic things. I didn’t eat the breakfast provided so I can’t comment on that but I did appreciate that this was provided as well as parking being included in the price of the room."

"The mattresses are horrible but the overnight clerk or manager was nice enough to make some accommodations for us. The mattresses not being properly maintained is def a bummer. Pillows should be upgraded. Vending machines and arm should be upgraded and a larger variety of drinks should be available as well. Energy drinks at 7$ is not appropriate. A can of soda for 4 is ridiculous. Having someone watch you eat breakfast or make you your waffle just so you don’t make a mess is too much micro managing makes me feel like I’m being watched. To rooms wout jacuzzi’s are nice wifi nothing to be happy about "

"The only good thing was the parking lot, other than that.. as soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes, the lobby was not clean and you probably going to have to make a line.The smell in the elevator and the rooms is terrible!! I couldn't stay there not even for one night, the mattress was really hard, not comfortable at all. "

"Breakfast was mediocre, hot chocolate was cold had to ask them to reheat. Iron in the room didnt work, thermostat wasnt working in room. Hot tub was hot pool was nice n warm. Cleaning lady dian acted like the hotel towels were hers when i refused room service and jus said i needed new towels she was very disgruntled. "

"Noelle and the staff were outstanding, but this definitely serves as a highlight to Noellle. Her warmth and knowledge was admirable and made my stay feel special! I could not have had such an amazing trip without her! Please give her a raise !!! Now- As far as the hotel, soooo clean, the breakfast bar was also very clean and well staffed with amazing options. I wish I would have gotten the name of the worker at the breakfast bar (starts with P); such a wonder soul to encounter! So helpful! Now- The rooms itself, are beautiful maintained with nice views of the area. First time staying someplace and not having to ask for anything! The room was very well prepped."

"My car with handicap tag was safe in front of office.but my husband and I are unable to walk the length to our room without knee,ankle and back pain acting up.We had to make the walk several times to get our food.Could have used a closer room ours was a block or two away."

"Room, lobby and parking lot were clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included in the stay so I did not partake. Parking lot was easy to navigate. "
