"We had a terrible stay. We were given a room that was either occupied or not turned over. When we entered, the beds were unmade, food in the garbage, cups on the counter. The front desk gave us a new room. The new room had a terrible odor but we decided to stay. In the middle of the night someone was trying to enter our room, opening our door. I had the inner safety lock so they could not come in. When I spoke with the manager he told me no one could come in without a key. I feel like there was an error and I was unhappy with the resolution. They offered me extra Marriott points, however given the lack of safety while traveling alone with my daughter I expected more. I was very disappointed. "

"There is plenty of parking which is very nice however if you pull up in front of the building to unload your car you are met with a prickly staff at best will tell you you cannot park in front you unload your car so you can not use the bellhop in order to get your luggage up to your room on the 8th floor. Songs on each floor are dirty and outdated and lighting is very dim at best. Very undesirable within the extent overall a very uncomfortable feeling."

"The room itself was fine. The area around the hotel with abandoned buildings, was very sketchy. The noise was also a huge problem our room faced the entrance and even on the third floor anyone outside, u could hear loudly. There were people out all night talking and I could not sleep. The insulation from room to room was also very poor, as we could hear our neighbors. The breakfast seemed fine, although we did not partake."

"Quiet, convenient location to the airport with a nice breakfast buffet & indoor pool that kids enjoyed. Plenty of parking & good sized rooms. "

"Great for a single traveler- clean and surprisingly quiet considering it’s by the airport and had ongoing renovations during the day. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Would stay here again."

"Overall the hotel was beautiful. Had a restaurant on site and an indoor pool which was warm. We paid for the room with the jetted tub and it was broken. We told the desk about it and after some back and forth they gave us a new room with a working one. Then my in laws checked in and they also got a room with a broken tub. Again there was pushback but eventually we got them another room as well. "

"Had to change rooms 3 times due to it being too hot. The first room was dirty. Was not compensated properly."

"There were no airport shuttle available until 7am which is inconvenient for early travelers. The breakfast was fresh and great choices. "
