"Upon arrival, the building is in rough shape. Needs extensive renovation. When arriving to our room, there were dirty towels all over the bathroom so it seems like housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom. The staff was accommodating and immediately switched us to a new room but the facilities are not in good condition. The bathrooms are disgusting and need to be completely gutted and updated with all new materials. Tons of water damage and mold. The tiles are probably from 1950’s. It seems like they have done some updating but it needs much more. The new room was missing a smoke detector and the chain lock was broken for the door. The a/c unit smelled musty. The ratings for this place are not accurate. The beds were clean and newer but everything else needs alot of attention."

"Biggest issue: I don’t have an Expedia account, which hampered my check in. This was resolved very quickly, both with Expedia and staff. Parking was excellent, and there was a sauna, which I didn’t have time to use. Then A/C worked well, and staff was very friendly and helpful."
