"We liked the hotel and would stay again. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the subway or LIRR train so keep that in mind. Room was good, quiet, and plenty of space. Limited dining on site, 2 choices, but one was closed for a private event. Nice pool and gym. Only negative was 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service the whole time, so it was long wait in the morning to leave."

"It’s a good hotel, clean but the noise from the street is glaring! It is located near a hospital facility so expect ambulance and police sirens blaring like every 30 minutes even in the wee hours of the night and morning. We woke up exhausted and irritable for lack of sleep. The hotel could use some noise reduction structural repairs in rooms facing the street. The noise pollution is terrible!"

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room door and was screaming at the top of his lungs this went on for hours and no staff came to intervene. When we were leaving for check out the man was charging his phone right outside our room door; not sure why since our room had multiple places to charge your phone. 0/10 experience."
