"The Lodge is a gorgeous property. Many dining options. Great drinks and food! Multiple pools, indoor and outdoor! Indoor hot tub, sauna and steam room! Very clean and organized. Very professional friendly staff. Will return!"
"Staff is wonderful. Even with updates property is dated. Great for families with small kids, lots of activities. Pools are overcrowded with limited space but lake view is nice. Many rooms with parking lot view. Courtyard view is of grass and tents. Food is above average and all the restaurants are great. 1878 restaurant is exceptional."
"It was a great stay, there was three problems. 1. Our air condition was broken we told them in the morning they didn’t come to fix it, we came back and had to tell them again but it was fixed right away once we told them again. 2. Staff could have had better handle on the guest, kids were running wild (parents didn’t care) these adults we ran into drinking the lobby were rude, and seemed like an odd place to let someone sit around getting drunk 3. We were charged and not told why and couldn’t get answer they have yet to refund us
However, we go back to area every year and do plan to stay again "

"The accommodations were more like a stylish one-bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Soaker tub off of the bedroom and spacious walk-in shower in the bathroom were wonderful. It’s possible to bring food from home and cook at the apartment if you’d like, but there are many restaurants nearby, too, and at the resort. Downtown Lake Geneva and Riviera Beach are about a 10-minute drive away. We also had access to the indoor pool at Grand Geneva Resort, which was large and enjoyable. We are very likely to return."
