Waukesha parking is really the only issue here. Handicap spots are limited and Waukesha requires paid parking if overnight. Great little hotel and right downtown. The staff was excellent! Room was very clean and bedding and bathroom were in great shape.

Our stay was wonderful. A little confusion on checking in. We thought there would be an attendant, but with the phone number provided at the front desk, we quickly were speaking with the person in charge. Our keys were in a lock box, with information and coupons for breakfast. The room was extremely spacious including the bathroom, with a glorious shower. Location was perfect for downtown activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds. Clean. Nice amenities- in room refrigerator, coffee maker, real coffee cups, bathrobes! This is an old hotel that has been renovated. Nice bathroom. Elevator to the second floor lobby. Stairs only to the higher floors. So if you can't do stairs, make sure they know when you book. Also, long term/overnight parking is a couple blocks away but there is 2 hour parking out front. Cute seating area with some games in the lobby. Quiet place. Wine bar and coffee cafe next door were both excellent. Good restaurant across the street. Farmer's Market on Saturdays 2 blocks over. Friday nights in summer, they block the streets for live music. Fun place!

We have stayed here several times and there has always been a free breakfast free breakfast is indicated on your website, but there was no free breakfast. A little misleading on that or stay was very good. The rooms are big and they have a great view of the city block. We really love staying at the Clark Hotel very unique and cozy.
