The Maritime Museum is the best thing to visit in Erie, even though the brig Niagara was closed for the season. Highly recommended. The Zoo was a disappointment. Half of the exhibits were empty or closed. The Hagan history center was so-so.

First visit to Erie and it exceeded our expectations. A lot of construction going on but the end result will be a more beautiful city. There is so much to see and do and Presque Isle is an incredible jewel.

It was off season for the lake. That being said, there were plenty of things to do. There was a comedy festival, micro breweries and other entertainment.

"While breakfast was overcrowded and underwhelming, it was included and nice to have. We did not get to check out the pool but it looks nice. Family get away to waldameer and it was a perfect location. Beds were soft and the room was clean. We will definitely stay again. "
"The room was absolutely perfect! So clean and comfortable! Pool was nice ans clean! Breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, and waffles. The waffle maker line was insane. The dining area was very small ans cramped. Other than breakfast time, i really enjoed my stay here!"
"I arrived late. Staff was super accommodating the hotel was basic what was the best price in the area with good air conditioning and a nice clean bed. I overslept and they gave me a gracious extension of my checkout time. I even met the owner who is on site and was super 😊 nice thank you "
"Our room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We were impressed how dog friendly it was at the hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety of food."
