"We had an incredible experience at Winery 1870. The location was very central, rooms were clean and the included breakfast was delicious. Above all, the customer service/staff went above and beyond - for example, we were able to organize travel to and from the hotel as well as a few excursions through the hotel and they were extremely accommodating/made sure we arrived to each place in a timely but comfortable manner. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Location is perfect. About 100 meters from the center of Fira. On a cobblestone street near shops, restaurants, and cafés. Around a 5-minute walk from the central bus station and the famous Santorini caldera viewpoints."

"Loved our stay at Porto Fira Suites - excellent breakfast delivered to the room and wonderful staff. Even though the hotel is 85 steps down the walk down is not that bad. Majority of the steps are wide brick ones, not narrow slippery marble ones. If you are concerned about the steps, request a room on a high floor and you will avoid more steps within the hotel. View from our rooms was great even though we were just one level below reception."
